Based outside Madrid? Not a problem
Many of our landlords manage their properties remotely — from another city or even another country. We conduct virtual viewings via live video call, so prospective tenants can see the property exactly as it is in real time. You don’t need to be there for any of it.
What sets us apart
We give ourselves 30 working days to rent your property. That’s our window to test the market and find the ideal tenant. If we haven’t placed someone by then, you start getting paid regardless. No hidden clauses, no excuses.
We set the price based on current market conditions, but you always have the final say.
Full protection against missed payments
If your tenant doesn’t pay, that’s our problem — not yours. We cover unpaid rent so your income is protected no matter what.
Flexible short-term contracts
All our rentals are short-term, ranging from a minimum of one month to a maximum of eleven. This gives you greater control over your property and stronger legal protection.
